Look at it this way too: NP and crew told us how great things were looking with NASH and I know that Recknor emailed a board member (I won't reveal him because I don't know if he made it public on this board) that Recknor was "very happy" with the results.
Therefore, many of us bought more shares based on these good updates. IF the information has changed and is now bad (which I doubt), then that is even MORE material because they were causing people to make decisions about CYDY based on the information that they were giving out. If that information has changed, they are, as I read Section 2.06, obligated to tell us because it materially affects the value of the asset.
