Idk ... I mean if you didn't have a wonder drug and it was all hanging on one trial ... And that trial failed ... Im not sure you could sit on that information indefinitely ... I see it as material ... If it cost millions to run the study ... To me it is a material event particularly for a pre revenue company .. But that is just how I feel about it ...
