I am a bit surprised that NP's firing wasn't followed up by now with some news of a third party offer of some kind. Maybe this means there was no condition precedent that NP be gone before a deal is done. They COULD have taken negotiations up to a final point of just needing him to be gone and then they could sign and announce the next day, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Also, as others have said, I am also surprised we have heard nothing about NASH 700mg yet. Overall, I am pretty much at a loss now for trying to figure out what might be going on, but remain hopeful that it is all on a positive track. We KNOW they need money ASAP...
