Had to read this twice!
"On a compassionate use basis"
So they think it works so well in fact that it would be (un)compassionate (heartless) not to use it.
I see that as all of the stamp of approval you need and will carry huge weight throughout the medical field & government policy.
Oh and the solid readout doesn't hurt.
