I feel like if you say you are looking to hire a new CEO you probably need to do so.
As for the 3 positions, it could merely be a matter of allowing new, more knowledgeable CEO to choose his own people going forward.
Seems like potential partners would want to know who they will be working with & might have influence in regard to is interviewed. After that first dot is on the board it will be much easier to connect the others.
Agree that a buyout changes everything I am hoping for a partnership that brings in much upfront or to simply continue onward & take our chances. I do not see a buyout financing my retirement.
