My gut prediction: Samsung has our supply set up for a reason. They locked us down early, put us on the practice squad and kept a close eye. Our executives were always so seemingly easy going when times were rough and investor sentiment was low. Why was that? Could they have always had a back door MEGA ally in Samsung? An agreement at which point they were willing to hop in and take over maybe? Whether it be partnership or buyout - I think we look no further. Especially at a time like this, financing is hard. Maybe it was a contingency plan if the shorts and FOES were winning the war by too much.
