I agree that there seems to be market manipulation going on. For the last 2 years I've been asking myself how can this keep on going and going, up and up. The DJIA looks to be leveling off as well over the past 6 months between a channel of 34000-35500. So, we will see. Either way, overall, I do believe big money was/has been pumped into the markets to keep them up during the beginning of covid.

As far as the housing market, with the rate hikes coming I do believe the market will begin to level off and/or drop off some. How much, is anyone's guess.
