I have been an unabashed fan of NP as a person and visionary. His back story is fascinating. Unless there is something we don’t know I hope he has enough options and shares to become wealthy.
However, I have been just as adamant that he should not have been the face and voice of the company. I want to see an MD with a white jacket explaining the technical and therapeutic aspects of PRO-140, Leronlimab, Vyrologix, or whatever he/she wants to call it. I believe this was part of the appeal of BP. I want to hear someone with the clear passion of Dr. Jay explain why it is so necessary for treating HIV. I also want a CEO that knows his/her way around Washington. I hope I read this between the lines of Dr. Kelly’s portion of the PR.
