I am really happy to have Tanya Durkee Urbach as new Board chair.
She could be even more important than Recknor going forward. She has extensive regulatory, finance and corporate governance experience and all of those are going to be crucial needs for a new CEO (is she interested in the job?). Gotta give some props to Nader and Kelly for finally putting a seriously heavy hitter on the Board, even though it could have possibly cost Nader his job.
