As much as I liked Nader's tenacity...he was his own worst enemy...I have said it before.... but, over-promising and underdelivering is not a recipe for success...He over-reached on several levels and it cost him....simple as that...
Several months back...SK said they looked around for a better candidate...and couldn't find one...obviously, THAT landscape has changed.
The BOD's job is to keep the company viable...at all costs...this was one of the costs.
