Nader's ouster - We don't know the why of it. Obviously pushed forward by the independent board led by Tanya. It's most likely not SEC/DOJ related or Kelly would be gone too. It might be that they didn't like the way Nader played fast and loose and thought he was a detriment. It might be he was standing in the way of a deal. The conference call being canceled is most likely related but that would not hinder them from releasing the 700mg data. If that ties in then it's most likely some form of deal.
