Share holders will have a right know if there was a termination package, how much, terms, etc. This might help indicate if there was a buyout or partnership. Craig did question an investigation, the whole Fife thing, and if that was not kosher, he may have been terminated without anything. I'm not at all qualified to know the legal ramifications of an SEC investigation.
