Interesting in that this happened yesterday (Monday- the 24th.
I always look forward to Mondays which is when I expect deals or mergers to be announced.
I think that this company has gone as far as NP could take it. I believe that the company has moved from early stage fund raising stage to regulatory approval and launch phase. NP has struggled to lead the company through this phase over the last two years and I hope that a new pharma experienced leader can get the company into the end zone - tired of being in the one yard line. Also glad the rest of the executive team is staying.

The Board of Directors terminated the employment of Nader Z. Pourhassan, Ph.D., as President and CEO of the Company and he is no longer a member of the Board of Directors, effective January 24, 2022. The rest of CytoDyn’s executive team is continuing with the Company and is united in their commitment to advance the Company’s objectives.
