The question remains if there is a chance to reverse current situation. The China agreement/status needs to be clarified , did Joe transfer vaccine IP for a few $million without any guarantee just "potential" ??? Is it possible personal deals were made ...... of course all unknowns but if no follow up and no company progress reported any assumption could be valid. Did Directors leave because of financial and / or legal problems pending????
Is DJ still interested in NGIO IPO??? ..... with or without GNBT owning shares??? Remember all dividend shares could be restricted up to 18 months ..... ....
What if they reorganize and decide to issue new shares or a reverse split ...............
Any CEO ignoring shareholders for 6 months should be replaced ........ only one person responsible for current situation and still no accountability........and the BOD remains silent too ..........
