I agree that there are many possibilities & there are too many unknowns to substantiate any of them. Totally speculative.
It has felt like another party has had much input for months-even prior to 13d. Maybe this is in the best interest of shareholders, maybe not. I do not look for pps to take a big hit. It has not been volatile for a while, just sinking consistently.
I keep thinking Amarex & the fact that NP, like him or not is just too quotable for a legal team to manage, plus there was quite a growing list of burnt bridges ( heroes one day & mistakes the next)
I think we have agreater chance at success and less money. If SA was brought in under the advice of a third party, then there would be a few more possibilities. Great for message boards. LOL.
