I know nothing, but if I had to guess I would guess you got it right. Maybe those trades just before CD-12 data release were problematic and they hit the two traders in Nader and Scott and the company puts in the board chair that makes the SEC happy. just guessing folks. I like the partner/buyout guesses better.
