Note 9 - Subsequent Events
(i) Approximately $4,378,000 was collected through the Company’s DSPP program during the period October 1, through November 10, 2021.
ZNOG has officially said the DSPP shares will be issued at average of low and high price on either the preceding day or some such
The last 10q also states if i remember right a current assets figure of ca 9M-
ZN has raised a lot of money in last 2 years as ppl load up on very cheap shares
for ZN to violate their written agreement (average of low and high pps that day or last 24 hrs -whatever the exact wording- would violate the reason why many invest- a very rare Xtian company based on the word -and the inviolate nature of their (ZN's) word
