I never said there were any charges against CYDY, but they were/are being investigated to see if there is any reason to bring charges was my understanding.

And if someone wants to THUMBS DOWN this or think it means I am suddenly anti-CYDY, grow up. These are facts, not fiction - CYDY was/is being looked at but not charged with anything at this time.
