HHSE previously announced that we would not hold a Shareholder's Meeting until after the Form 10 Registration was filed . Accordingly - and at the request of major shareholders and financiers - we are happy to announce that HHSE will be conducting its annual SHAREHOLDER'S MEETING on Friday, March 11, 2022 at 11-am in New York City.
