I’ve been a long hauler since April 2020.
There’s days I feel in 100%, there’s days that as soon as I start an exercise I instantly regret it. There’s days I can barely stay awake and fully focus on taking care of my child. Those days you just kinda get depressed.
Long Haulers is different for everyone and I wouldn’t doubt it if there will be sub categories for all types in the future but it’s hard to report until we get these trials going to collect more data.
It may be the long term effects of whatever virus we had dormant in us is now more acutely shown 10-30 years earlier
