I’m guessing this must be a vacay because I don’t know how someone can pitch a Hail Mary business plan in Dubai but not provide information to shareholders. It would suggest to me that the “gag” order doesn’t actually exist. If there is no restrictions on communications, I would hope that Joe would just man up. Business plans fail everyday. No shame in that. I would prefer that he dilute enough to do the year end and 10K’s. Let the chips fall where they may. His ego might take a hit but at end of the day he would come out the other side with a little more dignity and respect.
