When you say "lucrative deal", are you basing that on any parameters that we know, or does $120mm up front just sound like a lot to you? I have ZERO idea what NASH should be worth as a partnership upfront. I leave that to the experts...and hope that NP and crew have someone (Sidley?) guiding them as to how to actually navigate this with knowledge of what appropriate numbers are.
