Well geeze, I didn't say I SWALLOWED the baloney I was served here.
I'm actually having a nice Beyond Meat burger. Since everyone else is talking about cooking, I'll just say that the reason some people have had bad experience with veggie burgers is -- they don't follow the directions.
They have to be cooked at MEDIUM heat, not high heat on a grill. Oddly enough, plant-based foods don't cook at the same speed as beef....
not unlike negotiations that can take lots longer than people think.
