When you fill out the form you must give a date it starts or a range even if it started a month ago. Only good for a max 90 days.
Previously I posted a company with examples of filing multiple form 144 and form 4's each time they sold. It was a good primer but I'm not going to spend time looking it up again. It's in my posting history if anyone wants it.
