I'm confused about something:
The rules about form 144 say that it expires in 90 days (from filing date of 10/22/21).
But if you look at the actual 144 form that Dr. Dalton filed, in the upper right hand corner of the form it says "expires July 31, 2023".
So what is the real expiration date?
