Here is 3 reasons I think the SEC paperwork is already submitted, confidentially (assuming confidential is OK).
1. Doc filed a form 144 three months ago. He hasn't sold one share, obviously waiting IMO for multi dollars. So why file if you know it won't happen in 90 days.
2. Doc put out a PR on the OTC Markets site about purchasing the clinics "on or about" September 28th. Univec, Inc. has to launch if Univec, Inc. is buying those clinics. Again, we need multi dollars, i.e. launch, to close on those clinics.
3. Doc answered a poster and a screen shot was posted that Doc intended to launch in the 4th quarter.
So, if he intended to launch in the 4th quarter and he knows the rough time line to get SEC registered and SEC approval to roll up the private companies, then my logic is he already has the process started. Just my humble opinion.
