I fully agree. Over the weekend I am going to look deeper into SPAC's. The more information about Univec and various regulations (can of worms, lol) the more we have to look at every option.
They big take away or point to absolutely remember is "don't forget the wealth (pun intended) of great D/D and facts we have found over the last four years, not just the last 6 to 12 months". This is going to happen IMO, one way or another.
