No individual is flipping 100 shares at .60, especially as most brokers now charge 6.95 for OTC stock trades.
The only "trade" for 100 shares in the last second of trading is coming from a market maker acting on behalf of a big client. In this case, a cheapskate big client who doesn't care that everyone sees the manipulation.
See what the time stamp on that "trade" is?
