Some info on FORM 10....
I do DD on UNVC and other stocks all day long and I came across a stock called WSRC.
They filed a form 10 on December 21, 2021,

They received positive comments on it today. Then it needs another 30 days to get into affect and for approval.
Point is go through that form 10 that company filled it, the amount of info they need is insane.
Description of Business, Risk Factors, Properties Company Owns, Ownership of securities within the company, Directors and Executive officers, Legal proceedings, Financial Statements including Audited financials.
