CORRECT Doc created all the sell off but as you said according to some blame everyone but the one who done it. Doesn't bother me because Doc needs this just as bad as a lot of the small investors here, all claim David Dalton is so wealthy well that's their opinion they even say he's a Billionaire.
Doc has always had silent partners in any of his businesses that have succeeded, and i don't fault him for taking care of them, he also told all the common investors as myself.
