I am not so sure about getting nothing out of this.
They EMOR failed to follow through with what they were supposed to, Gerald was going along and then EMOR just didn't execute.
I see AMBS litigating this and possibly settling and or being awarded some if not all plus lawyers expenses.
How long will that take, not clue, but I don't see those shares as dead and gone.
Not expecting them end of April either.
Interesting times for true.
