The latest report I read and shared was from last July. It generally takes 3 months to get them from the state after they redact certain information like coordinates. They have 2 due this month.
Regardless, you don’t “explore” such a small area for over 2 decades and come up as empty as they have and continue to “explore.”
The fittings they found and removed without permission is something most salvors would leave on the ocean floor.
There’s nothing there but highly scattered debris, and the state isn’t interested is issuing a recovery permit.
Their best bet is Juno and the area they claim has treasure could be searched in a few days. I guess they’re waiting on the DEP and USACE permits.
GL but this outfit appears to be clueless when it comes to salvage.
