Just to be clear, firms like Sidley don't just agree to take you on because they believe you have enough money. For all we know, CYDY paid a handsome retainer fee for Sidley's services and THAT is why they have Sidley, not because Sidley is suddenly a maven in the pre-revenue biotech world and has skin in the game.

I know, I know...we want to believe that Sidley sees a bigger picture...and they do, as long as their retainer keeps being refreshed when it runs out. Lawsuits take tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars to defend and Sidley is most not likely banking on CYDY to maybe, possibly be successful one day and pay their bills at that time.
