Eric previously stated he needed to only address the 3 legal cases to move forward with Form 10. His plans are now unclear per blog last week. So, no he is not transparent at all and dances around the import issues. Again, its why investors are not buying.
Additionally, the 4 million LOC looks to be in lieu of the S1 now. So, now we sit and wait as he figures out what to do in terms of finance, THEN he has to make additional changes to form 10 if he chooses the 4 million (waiting for that blog update on additional form 10 changes btw) and then he might file form 10 LOLZ this is of course pending any other reasons he gives us for its continued 5 year delay!!!
Again, I doubt we see the form 10 this quarter, let alone this year. I was right last year about this and will be again im betting.
