Looking back, I don’t understand how Joe and any of the BOD could go ahead and present the May CC with straight faces. It’s quite clear that nothing they said ever occurred. Moreover, it appears that some BOD left shortly thereafter. If I’m wrong, please give me examples of anything they accomplished. The delinquent filings was the frosting on the cake, and the eviction the sprinkles on top.
