Is an 8K required to merge the companies into UNVC ?
If an 8K is required, the financials from each company need to be audited and current - this is my understanding.
The Q4 audited financials from each company to be merged into UNVC will not be available until after January 31, 2022 as audited financials take time.
If an 8K is not required, please explain how this all happens.
