I disagree. If they were in the midst of addressing their financial stuff, they could say so and avoid any unpleasant details: “we’re in the process of addressing our financial situation as we speak. We’re very excited about these opportunities and will share the details when the time is right. Unfortunately, we can’t say any more than that at the moment.”
People might even speculate that it’s good news.
My hope is that they are negotiating a deal for NASH. Even if it’s a bad deal, it could provide a lifeline, which is all I need to hear at this point.
