Here's what I posted previously about UNVC filing dates:
UNVC is considered a "Non-accelerated filer", which means that:
1) The 10-K (for year-end December 31) is due 90 days after year-end (= March 31, 2022)
2) The 10Q (for the fourth quarter of 2021) is due 45 days after quarter end (= February 15. 2022)
General Filing Dates (for "Non-accelerated filer”)
10-K: 90 days from year end
NT 10-K: 15 day extension
10Q: 45 days from quarter end
NT-10-Q: 5 day extension
