I’ve been closely watching icu admission rates in Brazil as a proxy for trial enrollment (hopefully AE availing themselves of this opportunity).

60+% in São Paulo, higher in lower vaccinated areas. Covid-19.healthdata.org project ICU admissions to triple within three weeks.
