Doc said "acquisitions" as per post #61155. What acquisitions?
It could very well be connected to the 60,900,000 treasury shares issued last week. If it is (a big if), those shares may just represent a down payment. It could also be an outright purchase, either way Doc has 10 days (OTC rules) to disclose it to shareholders, unless OTC Markets "cuts Univec some slack" on their OTC reporting rules. If it was a purchase, worth millions of dollars, the acquired company is sure betting on a higher price for Univec stock. If it was only a $2 million purchase, nothing to get excited about and then why not just wait for multi dollars and issue only maybe a million shares.
