I apologize for casting aspersions on our government staff. Clearly my comments on Janet Woodcock, those like her and my proposed course of action for NP was incorrect. I should have not implied that just because the FDA seemed to be incompetent that any other agency would be incompetent as well.

I offer a complete and utter retraction.
