I agree, Cytodyn could have posted the bond awhile ago to get the BLA finished ASAP. They either felt confident the bond will not be needed with enough discussions, or they wanted to raise the cash at a better SP, which we don’t have. It could be Cytodyn really thought they were getting BTD and or the NASH trial would really boost the SP. my gut says they treat the Amarex deal as it’s own deal and what is going on with trials etc is not going to affect it. It was in there best interest to get the data quickly, they decided to wait for a good reason, at the advice from their lawyers.
