It might be difficult without an approval and an actual patient saved to prove in court damages for something that is only at this point conjecture.

At this point, get our money back and our data for a service not provided, if there are criminal actions, then maybe those responsible get hammered, but I would like to see this behind us.

The only benefit I could see as a stock or in getting an approval, which we are all working for, is if they did hide good numbers and we could use the publicity of the case to get immediate approval.
