Any stock that has legal beagles on its tail...is always a Red Flag to investors...both short and long term...I see it as an advantage to scrape off the legalese from our history...and believe the general market will take it as a positive in terms of due/sue process as well.
Legal entanglements are almost always messy and discourage investment of any type...for those that might otherwise engage the company. That's why the shorts love to pounce on it... whenever they can.
