Possible, but also possible that they have something brewing that just isn't ready for a CC.
The best way to look at these court cases is "nobody wants to work" meaning the judge wants the parties to settle out of court so she doesn't have to hear the case, the lawyers don't want prepare the case and parties don't want to spend the time compiling all the paper work to defend their side.
All bodes well for CYDY; I think NSF wants to settle out of court and I feel CYDY is way too involved in approval work to spend time on a court case. CYDY will get some mild settlement and at the same time a big boost from NASH and cancer without the distraction of a long Amarex case.
