Hypothesis) If today cytodyn did post the bond for amafraud (I'm going to assume they did) When they get the master files for all trials.....lets just say the independent audit comes back that CD12 was frauded and a 3-1 shift in the sub population didn't actually happen because its mathematically impossible. Very one remember the trial would of hit statistical significance. If that 3-1 shift doesn't happen.........Now the FDA is accepting cydy meta data...what happens if cydy goes back to FDA with the independent audited "CD12 data" that would be technically "meta data" and it would "technically be statistically significant"............something to think about. (pure speculation) but again why would amafraud hold the data hostage and fight so hard to not give it up if nothing was done wrong besides the HIV BLA ...........because there is documentary evidence from the FDA about the HIV BLA we all can read what they said...........So why fight so hard to keep the rest hidden? if you did no wrong in other areas?....................
