I wouldn't classify it as a pump. In the takeover of Regnum by Phoenixus AG there was a small percentage of shares not owned by them. Most likely either some of those shares were put on the market at a higher ask to take advantage of the first real news in ages or Phoenixus AG put up a higher bid to try and acquire the remaining shares.
