I have no idea about a buyout (I think partnership is far more likely at this point and better for us investors if it is just in one indication such as NASH), but as for the price only being up $.01 so far today, remember that the stock market is closed this coming Monday for MLK Day.

I bring this up, because a long weekend of no trading and more speculation (unless we get material news from CYDY as to what is going on, which I don't think we will), could lead to more shorts covering for the weekend toward the end of today's trading.
