Perfectly fine... they all know each other and while they can't for whatever reason(s) say anything it really doesn't matter in the long run ... each business or public company will do what it needs to grow as that's the premise of going public.

And btw, I don't believe we need to have the word or name 'conglomerate' with or for Univec because as noted above, all that's needed is to grow like a conglomerate or a holdings company... grow, grow, grow and I believe that's the intent of any and all of these public companies.
