On the bond issue -
From the 10q it seems the court set the bond and the bond is based on the outcome of the arbitration hearing. It seems very odd that a court would meddle in an arbitration hearing. Maybe the judge saw this as some type of fairness to both parties. Since the claim from Amarex is I believe $9.8 million and the bond is set for $6.5 million it would be for a portion of the total. Which is also very odd because it should be up to the surety company as to what amount they'd need in cash.
